I was walking by 12 months, talking in phrases and sentences by 18
months and was potty trained at the age of two years old. However, at
the age of two I had a febrile seizure (a convulsion triggered by a
fever).

According to
healthline.com about
3% - 5% of otherwise healthy children between ages 9 months and 5 years will
have a seizure caused by a fever. Toddlers are most commonly affected. Febrile
seizures often run in families.
During
this time, my parents were not concerned with the effect of me developing
epilepsy considering it was only a one-time thing and that it was common in
toddlers. Meanwhile, I was a healthy baby and developed into a healthy child.
